Our Shipping Policy & Your Delivery Options

We’ll ship your purchase to you as soon as possible and in the way you choose. We want to explain your options, our policies, and procedures for ensuring that you receive your products just the way you want them when you order online:

When you submit your payment information for the product you want to purchase from us, you agree to the policies and procedures we describe in the following points.
We will ship your products to the address you provide, so please ensure you give us the correct address. Once you confirm that you have entered your address correctly, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the third-party carriers if your shipment is either lost or damaged by them.
Please note that our shipping team needs one business day to prepare orders for shipment. Your order may not be shipped on the same day your online purchase was made. For example, an order placed on Friday or over the weekend will not ship until Monday. 
We keep some of our products refrigerated in storage at our facility to extend their vitality and shelf life once they reach your home. We let you know which products are refrigerated in our storage area so that you can choose to have them shipped to you in special containers that keep them cool. This option is known as “cold shipping,” which requires an additional cost. Please note that thanks to our formula’s stability, it is not necessary for you to have products cold shipped, especially if you plan to use them within 90 days of arrival at your home. All cold-shipped packages will be sent via the Express Next Business Day or Priority Second Business Day air.
