    Kibow makes a good product but needs customer service improvement

    Renadyl is an excellent addition to my kidney care. Kibow needs to improve to its level of customer honesty. This is a product that needs to be refrigerated to maintain its potency. They do not send it refrigerated or even cool. It arrives warm. They won’t do anything about it. If there was a good Renadyl substitute, I would take it so as not to deal with Kibow. Putting a little card in the package that says they put extrastrength in the product is ridiculous! The label needs to reflect the contents which they have admitted it does not. And, they are sending a product they acknowledge has degraded. Kibow, do your customers and your reputation a favor and ship a refrigerated product properly!

    Positive Trend

    I began this application bases on a referral/prescription from my highly qualified Renal Dietitian, Jessianna Saville @ Kidney Nutrition Institute [KFI] and at the time my eGFR was 14.8, but after Approx. 3 month's my Lab report showed a eGFR of "18", I'm ecstatic to see this positive trend and convinced that Renadyl had a great influence in my progress.
    My deep appreciation for this fine formula; "March on Soldiers". 🫡 👍

    I have yet to receive them, there was some mix up with the address and I have been emailing your support email address to try and sort out how to get them reshipped because usps is saying they returned them to you but I'm not getting a response
